Use the back of the knife to tenderize the pork chop. You can also use a meat tenderizer
Marinate with salt pepper and a bit of oil, set aside for 10 minutes
Remove the core of the apple and cut into thinner slices. Set aside
Slice the onions and set aside
Peel and cut off the ends of the garlic, set aside.
Combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce and vinegar together.
In a pan, heat up with some oil on medium-high heat
Pan fry the pork chops until both sides are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each sides
Take the pork chops out and add in garlic and onion. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add in the apple, cook for about 1 minute, add the pork chops back in.
Add in the sauce with some brown sugar. Then add in brandy.
Cover and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes.
Once the sauce has reduced down, the apples is soft, it;s ready. Serve with rice or your favourite vegetables.
