In a wok, add onion infused oil and heat on medium high.
Break the tofu with your hands into the wok.
let it stir fry for about 5 minutes, add in scallions. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes
Add in the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Add salt and white pepper.
Add warm water and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and water together.
Add cornstarch water into the pot to thicken the sauce.
Once the sauce is thicken then take it off the heat. You can eat it over rice!
