Cut the chicken in chunks.
Put chicken in a bowl and add in soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch, oil and ginger. Let it marinade for 30 minutes or overnight.
Wash rice and put into rice cooker.
Add in coconut water and then add in the chicken.
Put the rice cooker on white rice mode to cook.
Once the rice cooker finish cooking, serve in a bowl and enjoy!
