rotisserie chicken shredded
(2-2.5lb)
Veggies

cilantro

medium size red onion sliced

scallions cut into chunk

minced garlic
Optional vegetables

shredded lettuce

shredded carrots

cup
shredded cucumbers
Sauce

soy sauce

onion infused oil
(skip it if you don't have it)

oyster sauce

sesame oil

Instructions
Prepping the chicken
Refrigerate the rotisserie chicken for 20-30 minutes if freshly bought.
Shred the rotisserie chicken with knife and fork or with your hands and put into a bowl
Prepping the veggies
Cut up some scallions, onions into slices. Roughly chop the cilantro. Mince some garlic. Put everything into the bowl with the chicken.
Adding the sauce
Add in soy sauce, onion infused oil, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar and salt into the bowl.
Mix together, sprinkle some white sesame seeds and enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have any infused oil, you can skip it.
