In a bowl whip the heavy/whipping cream on high speed until stiff peaks (5-7 minutes)
In a separate bowl, whip mascarpone and sugar together until smooth.
Add in the whipping cream and whip together until combined (don’t overmix). Set aside
Dip your lady fingers into milk and place into your dish
Add cranberry sauce onto the lady fingers and use a brush to spread it evenly.
Add in your mascarpone mixture on top, spread it evenly and make sure it’s flat.
Repeat for a second time. Make sure to flatten the mascarpone mixture.
Set in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Save the remaining cranberry sauce for topping later
Add the left over cranberry sauce on top. Add some orange slices for topping.
Cut and serve!
