combine white sesame seeds, minced garlic, scallions, chili, ground cumin and 5 spice powder into a bowl.
Heat up some oil on the stove. Pour on top of your spices.
Then add in soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar. Mix
This is optional: you can add some tahini or white sesame paste to the sauce. Just make sure to thin it out with a bit of water.
Take the tofu out of air fryer and toss with the sauce.
