Beat eggs, sugar, milk and honey in bowl
Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix
Mix until all the dry ingredients are incorporated and no lumps are present.
Seal the bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Heat a non stick frying pan on medium heat. Once it's hot, turn it to low
Use a small ladle and ladle batter into the pan. Let the batter spread naturally, don't move the pan around
Flip the cake once you see bubbles forming on the top. It takes about 1-2 minute. The side should be a golden brown colour
Flip the pancake and wait about 30s and take it out of the pan.
Repeat until all the batter is gone
Take a small amount of red bean paste and put it on one side of the pancake
Put another pancake on top to seal off the red bean paste. Press the edges gently and you are done! Enjoy~
