Honey French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 1½ inch Japanese Milk Bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉ or 204℃
  • Beat 2 eggs, and milk together.
  • Dip the milk bread in the egg mixture. Make sure the bread has soaked up all the egg
  • Place onto a baking tray with parchment paper
  • Bake one side for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the toast and bake for another 5 minutes
  • Spread honey on both sides of the toast and on the side if you can. Turn the heat up to 450℉ or 232℃
  • Go back into the oven for another 5 minutes. It's done after that.

Notes

I would recommend making it as you need as you want the bread to be crispy and light. It's a very simple recipe to make and there is no need to make extra as it wouldn't have the same crunch if stored.
