Melt the butter in a pot on medium heat
Once the butter is melted, let it simmer for about 1-2 minutes
Add in flour and mix quickly until the flour is mixed in with the butter. If you like it thicker, add a few more tbsp of flour
Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes, then add in curry powder, cayenne powder, garam masala, ground ginger and ground coriander.
Mix together thoroughly for the spices to be even distributed throughout the mixture.
Put the mixture into ice cube tray (ideally silicone tray) or a container lined with parchment paper to prevent staining. Freeze for 2+ hours.
