Slice the mushroom or any veggies of choice like broccoli. Set aside. Also slice hot dog.
Put the rice cooker on porridge or hot cereal mode.
Put the butter in the rice cooker pot. Close the lid.
Once the butter is melted, add in the flour to make a roux.
Once the roux is thoroughly mixed, add in the mushroom, frozen corn, hot dog milk.
Close the lid.
Set the time to cook for 30 minutes. Once 30 minutes is finished, turn on the keep warm setting.
While stirring add some cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
